Breakfast
starting at 7:00 a.m. From 11:30 to 22:00 the kitchen opens for the Engel „Stübli"

Lunch:
Our Lunch Menu changes everyday with 3 dishes that meet every taste and are affordable. Our kitchen supports the local markets by providing the customer with local, seasonal specialities.

Afternoon „Small Menu":
Sandwiches and the famous „Stanser Platte", an assortment of local cold meat cuts and special cheese variations.

Dinner:
Our „a-la -Carte" Restaurant by our Chef Robert who selects his personal favourites for our guests.

The good angel Serafin is the inspiration for our new endeavour. We want to present our guests our own interpretation of fine dining.
